Our first session is a nutrition assessment. This includes reviewing food records, medical, weight and diet history, eating patterns and preferences, ethical and spiritual values, and determining your nutrition needs.
Dependent on your needs, we may discuss healthy and easy meal planning, grocery shopping, eating out choices, and recipe makeovers or recipes for your lifestyle. You’ll be introduced to mindful eating to begin practicing. If desired, we may touch on meal planning with a meal plan to follow.
Initial sessions are best in person but can be conducted completely electronically or via Skype/GoogleHangouts/Phone.
