Private Yoga Session (1 Hour)




Each private lesson is 60 minutes of compassionate and intuitive instruction, deepening the student’s practice. With attention to precise alignment and breath, private lessons are for all levels. Morgan loves working with students of all backgrounds and lifestyles but specializes in sports specific yoga (running, cycling, golf, swimming, etc) and yoga practices that cultivate a deeper sense of body acceptance.
