Private Yoga Session (1 Hour)




Each private lesson is 60 minutes of compassionate and intuitive instruction, deepening the student’s practice. With attention to precise alignment and breath, private lessons are for all levels. Morgan loves students of all backgrounds and lifestyles but specializes in sports specific yoga (running, cycling, golf, swimming, etc). Yoga is the perfect practice to heal a sports injury or improve performance.
